PepTrak is a local-first iPhone logbook for GLP-1 and peptide protocol tracking. It keeps schedules, dose logs, side-effect notes, vials, HealthKit trends, and exportable records in one private app.

Is PepTrak on the App Store?
Not yet. PepTrak is preparing its App Store release. The download button on this site will work as soon as the listing is live.
Is PepTrak available on Android?
No. PepTrak is currently an iPhone app. If that changes, this site will say so.

Where do PepTrak records live?
Where is my data stored?
The current app is local-first. Protocols, logs, reminders, vials, notes, and health metrics are stored in on-device SQLite.
Is PepTrak cloud-based?
No. The current iOS app is designed around local device storage, with no backend or cloud sync for protocol records.
Does PepTrak require an account?
The current app does not include cloud sync or a public account system. Protocol records live in on-device storage.
Does PepTrak sell my health data?
No. PepTrak does not sell HealthKit data or use it for advertising, and protocol records stay on your device by default. Website analytics are separate from app records. The Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy are the public record.
Does PepTrak sync with Apple Health?
PepTrak can read body mass, resting heart rate, and blood glucose from Apple Health when you choose to connect it. It does not request Apple Health write permissions.
Can I export my PepTrak records?
Yes. PepTrak supports local CSV and JSON export by data type through the native iPhone share or save sheet.

What can PepTrak track?
What can I track in PepTrak?
You can track protocol stacks, dose schedules, taken or skipped doses, injection sites, vial balance, side effects, notes, weight, reminders, and selected HealthKit metrics.
Which medications or compounds can I track?
PepTrak supports protocol schedules and dose logs for the GLP-1 and peptide protocols you and your clinician choose. Estimated Peptide Levels are available for supported GLP-1 protocols. PepTrak does not recommend, prescribe, or sell compounds.
Does PepTrak support reminders?
Yes. PepTrak uses local notification reminders for dose schedules, and schedule edits keep matching reminder labels in sync.
What are Estimated Peptide Levels?
Estimated Peptide Levels are educational dose-unit estimates for supported protocols. They are not personalized blood concentrations, medical advice, or instructions to change a dose.
How is PepTrak different from other GLP-1 tracking apps?
PepTrak is built local-first. Protocol records stay in on-device storage instead of a cloud account, exports are local CSV and JSON files, and Apple Health access is read-only. It also stays a logbook, with no medical advice and no compound sales.

No. PepTrak is a tracking logbook. Confirm protocol decisions, dosing, side effects, and missed-dose guidance with a licensed clinician.
Does PepTrak sell compounds?
No. PepTrak does not sell peptides, compounds, protocols, insurance, or affiliate products.
What doesn't PepTrak do?
PepTrak does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, sell compounds, replace a clinician, or turn estimated levels into personalized dosing instructions.
