HealthKit Permissions

You can allow or deny Apple Health access through Apple system permission screens.

You can change Health data permissions later in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app. Turning off Apple Health access stops future HealthKit reads unless you grant access again.

Metric Toggles

PepTrak includes in-app controls for supported HealthKit metric imports such as weight, resting heart rate, and blood glucose.

Turning off a metric stops future sync attempts for that metric in the app. It does not automatically delete measurements already stored on your device.

Export Records

PepTrak lets you export supported record types as CSV or JSON through the native share or save sheet.

Once exported, the destination you choose controls that copy of the data.

Backup and Restore

PepTrak can create a local JSON backup and restore from a selected backup file.

Backup files are user-controlled files. Store them carefully if they contain health or protocol information. Restoring a backup replaces local app data with the selected backup contents.

Delete Local Data

PepTrak includes an in-app option to delete local app data, including protocols, logs, reminders, local email text, and the anonymous local ID on the device.

Deleting local data does not automatically cancel Apple billing. Subscriptions are managed through Apple.

Subscriptions

Restore purchases and customer center controls are provided through Apple and RevenueCat where available.

Cancel, renew, request refunds, or manage billing through your Apple account settings or another Apple-approved management surface.

Website Analytics and Ads

This marketing website may use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement.

PepTrak may advertise through external platforms such as Apple Search Ads. PepTrak does not use or disclose your on-device protocol logs, HealthKit data, dose logs, side effects, measurements, notes, exports, or backups to target ads.

If website retargeting pixels or app ad attribution SDKs are added later, PepTrak should publish vendor-specific disclosures and controls before release.

Apple Advertising Settings

Apple may provide settings for personalized ads, attribution, and App Store advertising on your device or Apple account.

Those Apple settings are separate from PepTrak's on-device app data controls.

Privacy Requests

Most app records can be accessed, corrected, exported, or deleted directly in PepTrak. For information controlled outside your device, send privacy or health-data requests to support@braign.io.

If a request is denied and applicable law gives you an appeal right, reply with Appeal in the subject line and explain what you want reviewed.

PepTrak
