PepTrak for GLP-1

A private GLP-1 shot tracker for iPhone.

Shot day

Built for weekly shot protocols.

How does PepTrak track GLP-1 shots?

The Today screen opens on your next dose: a countdown, one-tap logging, and the active protocol. The schedule keeps the current plan separate from past dose history, so the record stays clean week after week.

01

Weekly schedule

Compound, dose, cadence, injection day, injection time, and site, with active or paused status.

02

One-tap dose log

Mark doses taken or skipped with time, site, notes, and vial context. Each entry joins the dated history.

03

Local reminders

Notification reminders for shot day that stay in sync when the schedule changes.

The record

Side effects, weight, and exports in one place.

What else can PepTrak record on a GLP-1 protocol?

Doses are half the story. PepTrak ties side-effect notes to the doses around them, charts weight next to dose history, and exports the whole record whenever you need it.

01

Side effects with dose linkage

Symptom, severity from 1 to 10, onset, and duration, optionally tied to the dose around it.

02

Weight and trends

Manual weight plus optional read-only Apple Health imports for body mass, resting heart rate, and blood glucose.

03

Exports on demand

Local CSV and JSON exports by data type, ready for your own records or a clinician visit.

Estimated levels

Estimated levels, explained.

Can PepTrak estimate GLP-1 levels between shots?

For supported GLP-1 protocols, PepTrak shows Estimated Peptide Levels: a source-backed half-life curve of the amount still active, in the dose units you logged. They are educational estimates with methodology caveats, not blood concentrations or dosing guidance. The methodology page explains the model and its sources.

Privacy

Your protocol is nobody's business.

Where does GLP-1 tracking data live?

Protocol records are stored in on-device SQLite, with no cloud sync and no public account system. Apple Health access is read-only and optional, and exports are local files you control. The Privacy Policy and Health Data Policy are the public record. The private tracking guide explains what to check in any tracker, and the Shotsy comparison shows where PepTrak differs from the category leader. Tracking peptide protocols instead? PepTrak covers those too.

GLP-1 FAQ

Before you download.

What do GLP-1 users ask before downloading?

Does PepTrak work for Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, and Mounjaro protocols?

PepTrak records whatever GLP-1 schedule you and your clinician set, including semaglutide and tirzepatide protocols. It is not affiliated with any manufacturer and never recommends a medication or dose.

Can PepTrak remind me about my weekly GLP-1 shot?

Yes. PepTrak uses local notification reminders for dose schedules, and schedule edits keep the matching reminder labels in sync.

Does PepTrak tell me what dose to take or when to change it?

No. PepTrak is a logbook. Dosing, titration, and missed-dose decisions stay with your licensed clinician; PepTrak keeps the record you review together.

Can I show my GLP-1 history to my clinician?

Yes. PepTrak exports doses, side effects, weight entries, and notes as local CSV or JSON files through the iPhone share or save sheet.
