Agreement

These Terms govern your use of PepTrak: GLP-1/Peptide Tracker, the PepTrak website, and related app features provided by Ad Gen LLC. By using PepTrak, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Eligibility

PepTrak is intended for adults 18 and older. You may not use PepTrak if you are under 18 or if you are barred from using the app under applicable law.

You are responsible for making sure your use of PepTrak is lawful where you live and consistent with any prescriptions, care plans, clinical instructions, or legal requirements that apply to you.

Tracker Only

PepTrak is a private protocol tracking logbook. It helps you record information you choose to enter, organize records available to the app, schedule local reminders, view trends, and export your own records.

PepTrak does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, pharmacy services, dosage instructions, individualized safety guidance, or emergency services. Use of PepTrak does not create a doctor-patient, provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, or similar professional relationship.

Do not ignore, delay, or replace professional medical advice because of information shown in PepTrak. If you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Clinician Review

You are responsible for confirming all protocol decisions, dosing, dose timing, missed-dose decisions, side effects, symptoms, contraindications, interactions, lab results, and health concerns with a licensed clinician.

You are also responsible for verifying any prescription, label, pharmacy, compound, vial, lot, supply, expiration, cost, or schedule information you record in PepTrak.

No Compound Sales

PepTrak does not sell peptides, compounds, protocols, prescriptions, insurance, or affiliate products.

Any records you keep in PepTrak are for tracking and review. They are not recommendations to start, stop, pause, resume, combine, substitute, titrate, or change a protocol.

Compound Library and Dose Presets

Compound names, brand references, classes, dose ranges, cadence defaults, evidence grades, mechanisms, side effects, and other library content are informational tracking references only.

Dose presets and common-dose displays are provided for record-entry convenience. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, outdated, not approved for your use, or unsuitable for your situation.

Research, investigational, tracking-only, custom, or non-profiled entries may involve additional uncertainty and may not be approved medications. Verify all compound and protocol information against your own records and clinician guidance.

Estimated Levels

Estimated Peptide Levels, active-amount previews, pharmacokinetic charts, half-life models, source-backed profiles, fallback profiles, pattern displays, and trend summaries are educational model outputs shown in logged dose units where available.

These displays are not lab measurements, serum concentrations, measured remaining amounts, individualized exposure predictions, efficacy predictions, side-effect predictions, safety guidance, medical advice, or dosing guidance.

Actual exposure and effects can vary by person, product, formulation, dose timing, route, administration conditions, health status, concomitant medications, and other factors PepTrak does not know.

Side Effects and Missed Doses

Side-effect logs, severity patterns, missed-dose states, adherence displays, plateau prompts, refill prompts, and reminder flows are tracking aids only.

They do not determine whether a symptom is serious, whether a dose should be taken or skipped, whether a protocol is safe, or whether you should seek care. Confirm protocol-specific guidance with a licensed clinician.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases and managed through Apple and RevenueCat. Apple shows price, renewal term, trial details, cancellation information, and other purchase terms before purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew until canceled. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends according to Apple terms.

Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings or an Apple-approved customer center surface. Deleting the app or deleting local data does not cancel billing.

Refunds, billing issues, family sharing, taxes, price changes, and payment methods are handled by Apple except where Apple permits or requires another process.

Access to paid features may depend on Apple and RevenueCat entitlement status. Entitlement checks can be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect due to network, platform, store, or configuration issues.

Your Data

The current app is local-first. You are responsible for exporting or backing up records you want to keep outside the app.

Deleting the app, deleting local data, restoring a backup, replacing a device, losing a device, device failure, operating system behavior, or storage issues may permanently remove records unless you have exported or backed them up.

Exports and backups may contain sensitive health-related information. You are responsible for choosing secure destinations and controlling who can access copies you export, share, store, or restore.

Notifications

PepTrak may schedule local reminders on your device. Notifications can fail, arrive late, be suppressed, be disabled, or show content on a locked device depending on your settings and Apple platform behavior.

Do not rely on PepTrak reminders as your only way to manage a protocol, dose, medication, symptom, emergency, or care plan.

Advertising

PepTrak may advertise through external platforms, including Apple Search Ads or similar campaign tools.

PepTrak does not use or disclose your on-device protocol logs, HealthKit data, dose logs, side effects, measurements, notes, exports, or backups to target ads.

Advertising platforms may process campaign, impression, click, region, device, account, or conversion information according to their own terms and privacy controls.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse PepTrak, interfere with the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, use PepTrak to violate law, or use PepTrak to provide medical, prescribing, pharmacy, or emergency services to others.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for any consequences of exporting, sharing, or relying on your records.

Apple App Store

PepTrak is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by Apple usage rules and these Terms.

Apple is not responsible for PepTrak, support, maintenance, claims, or warranties beyond any obligations Apple cannot disclaim under applicable law. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to the iOS app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PepTrak is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepTrak disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and that the app or website will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or preserve your data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Gen LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, loss of health records, missed reminders, reliance on estimates, reliance on library content, or decisions made from information shown in PepTrak.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepTrak's total liability for claims related to the app, website, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for PepTrak in the 12 months before the claim or 100 U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ad Gen LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of PepTrak, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your records, or your export, sharing, or use of information from PepTrak.

Legal Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent. PepTrak may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as PepTrak changes. The updated date indicates the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
