Privacy Policy
How PepTrak handles local app data, health-related records, HealthKit reads, purchases, advertising boundaries, exports, and deletion controls.
Last updated: May 14, 2026 - Operated by Ad Gen LLCOverview
This Privacy Policy explains how Ad Gen LLC handles information for PepTrak: GLP-1/Peptide Tracker, a local-first iPhone app for private protocol logging.
PepTrak is designed so protocol records, dose logs, side effects, measurements, reminders, notes, and backups stay on your device by default. The current app does not include cloud sync, a public account system, app advertising SDKs, or third-party app analytics SDKs.
Because PepTrak can store health-related protocol and measurement records, those records are treated as sensitive information even when they remain local to your device.
App Information You Enter
PepTrak may store protocol names, selected compounds, dose schedules, dose logs, skipped-dose decisions, injection or administration sites, side-effect records, side-effect severity, onset, duration, general notes, vial or supply details, pharmacy text, lot text, cost text, reminders, local email text entered during onboarding, goals, profile settings, and app settings.
This information is stored in the app's on-device database unless you choose to export, back up, restore, share, or send it using Apple system tools or a support channel.
Apple Health and HealthKit
If you grant permission, PepTrak can read supported Apple Health data, including body weight, resting heart rate, blood glucose, height, biological sex, and date of birth where available and supported by the app version.
PepTrak uses HealthKit data to keep your private log and trends current on your device. PepTrak does not sell HealthKit data, use it for advertising, use it for marketing, or disclose it to ad platforms.
The current app does not write peptide dose records to Apple Health. HealthKit permissions can be changed later in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app.
Local Reminders
PepTrak can schedule local reminder notifications on your device. Reminder scheduling uses Apple platform notification services and stores reminder settings in the app database.
Dose, protocol, and reminder data stay in the app database unless you export or share them. Notification delivery may also be affected by device settings, operating system behavior, and Apple platform services.
Exports, Backups, and Deletion
PepTrak lets you export supported records as CSV or JSON, create local JSON backup files, restore from a selected local backup file, and delete local app data from the app.
Exports and backups are created as temporary app files and handed to the native share or save sheet so you choose the destination. Once exported or shared, the destination you choose controls that copy.
Deleting local app data removes records from the device, but it does not cancel Apple billing and does not delete copies you exported, shared, saved to cloud storage, or sent to another person or service.
Purchases and Entitlements
PepTrak may use Apple in-app purchases and RevenueCat to manage purchase status, subscription options, restore purchases, customer center access, and Pro entitlements.
Apple and RevenueCat may process app user identifiers, purchase identifiers, entitlement status, product identifiers, price, renewal status, management URLs, and related transaction information. PepTrak does not receive your full payment card details.
Purchase and entitlement data is separate from on-device protocol logs, HealthKit data, side-effect records, measurements, notes, exports, and backups.
Website Analytics
This marketing website may use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic, such as page views, referrers, device and browser information, and approximate region.
Website analytics are separate from PepTrak app records and do not access protocol logs, HealthKit data, reminders, purchases, exports, backups, or on-device app data.
Advertising Boundaries
PepTrak may advertise through external platforms, including Apple Search Ads or similar campaign tools. Those platforms may process platform account, campaign, impression, click, device, region, or conversion information according to their own terms and privacy controls.
PepTrak does not use or disclose your on-device protocol logs, HealthKit data, dose logs, side effects, measurements, notes, exports, or backups to target ads.
The current iPhone app does not include app advertising SDKs or third-party app analytics SDKs. If website retargeting pixels, app ad attribution SDKs, or similar advertising tools are added later, this policy, App Store privacy details, and applicable privacy controls should be updated before release.
Support Communications
If you contact support or send a privacy request to support@braign.io, the message may include your email address, message content, attachments, and any information you choose to include.
Do not send sensitive protocol or health records to support unless needed for your request. If you do send them, they may be processed to respond to your request and retained as part of support records unless deletion is required and feasible.
Retention and Security
On-device app records remain on your device until you edit them, delete local data, delete the app, restore a backup, or your device operating system removes them.
Support communications, purchase records, website analytics, and advertising platform records may be retained by the relevant service providers according to their terms, retention settings, and legal obligations.
PepTrak uses reasonable safeguards for the information it controls, but no app, device, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Not HIPAA or Medical Care
PepTrak is a record-keeping tool, not a healthcare provider, health plan, pharmacy, telehealth service, or emergency service. Use of PepTrak does not create a doctor-patient, provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, or similar professional relationship.
Information handled by PepTrak generally is not protected health information under HIPAA when held by PepTrak. A healthcare provider or other covered entity may have its own HIPAA obligations for information you choose to share with them.
Children
PepTrak is intended for adults 18 and older. Do not use PepTrak if you are under 18, and do not enter information about a child into PepTrak.
Legal Disclosures
PepTrak may disclose information it controls if required to comply with law, legal process, enforceable government request, security obligations, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the app or website.
If PepTrak or its assets are transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or similar transaction, information controlled by PepTrak may be transferred subject to this policy or a successor policy with notice where required.
Your Requests
You can access, export, correct, and delete most on-device records directly in the app. For information controlled by Ad Gen LLC, you may send privacy requests to support@braign.io.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, opt-out, or appeal of a privacy decision. PepTrak will respond as required by applicable law and may need information to verify the request.
Changes
This policy may be updated as PepTrak changes. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Material changes should be reflected here before the affected feature is released.
